Membership Congratulations from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Toronto to our principle consultant, Rick Watters, who was selected as one of 25 applicants to receive a 1-year complimentary membership to ULI, which provides access to ULI’s wide array of programming and digital content. Most of all, though, is the terrific networking and collaboration in Toronto’s land development.
The Urban Land Institute is a nonprofit education and research institute supported by its members. Its mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
Established in 1936, the Institute has more than 43,000 members worldwide representing all aspects of land use and development disciplines. ULI Toronto is the local district council representing over 2,100 members in the GTHA region.
We look forward to contributing toward Toronto’s Path to Inclusion in 2020 and beyond! The Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to increase the participation of groups who are underrepresented in the land use and real estate fields, defined as: Racialized People. People with Disabilities (Visible and non-visible) Indigenous People (First Nations, Inuit and Métis).
